You can create a new meeting agenda in a few steps:
  - Open up the meeting agendas
  - Click the "+" button to create a new agenda
  - Select the template you want to use
  - Save the new agenda

===== Assign a speech slot =====

So someone has emailed you - they want a speech slot. Here's a few steps to make it work:
  - Navigate to the date of the speech slot
  - Click a button to edit the agenda
  - Select the member for the speech slot you want to assign
  - Save the agenda
